Entry is via the middle floor where there is a hall with guest bathroom and staircase opening onto a large open plan living/dining area with kitchen. Double doors open on to a balcony with great views.

Nearby Gundogan town is famous for the fish restaurants and has amenities such as pharmacy, bakery, mini-supermarket as well as a windsurfing and water sports school. All villas have uninterrupted views of the Aegean Sea and access to a large pool terrace below, with bar, sun loungers, showers and toilet facilities.

Nearby activities include the 18 Hole Golf Course a short drive away and the Water park. There are many sailing and water sports opportunities and throughout the Summer there are plenty of Boat Trips on offer, which is a fantastic way to familiarise yourself with the area. For those that would prefer to stay on dry land there are a range of brilliant shopping facilities all around the peninsula with weekly markets held offering everything from food to perfume.
