Working from Home; you will not need premises to operate this business as it has been developed to run from home.
Providing the Services; many of our services will involve just You managing or delivering services to the home owner. Some of the services will involve using local companies or staff employed on a contract or part time basis.
You Must; be motivated, well organised, flexible and have the ability to communicate well, but most of all be enthusiastic.

A franchisee buys a successful business model, the franchisee should participate in the training and understand the support the franchisor provides and then follow the model.
A franchisee is self employed, You need to be organised, motivated and most of all enthusiastic.
Pay back of the fees is built into the business plan but a franchisee should have sufficient working capital and be able to support your lifestyle in the short term.
Support & Training
Training is given, previous knowledge is not essential but We advise that a working knowledge of property management and/or general DIY skills would be of assistance.
Common sense and motivation do however go a long way.
Day To Day Operation
No two days will be the same! Some of you may be working full time others part time this will ultimatly depend on your work life balance and desire for the rewards working in this type of business may bring.
Day to Day Operation; our franchisees will provide services including; property inspection, cleaning & laundry, key holding, emergency call out, bill payment, managing or actually doing repair or maintenance work around the property (inside and out) as required, arranging services and providing on the ground support for our clients.
You will be providing these and other services for our home owners rental clients including; cleaning, meet & greet and act as a point of contact for the renter while in occupation.
You will keep in regular contact with our clients and offer a quality service to look after their investment and assure them their property is in safe hands.
