Our property management service concentrates on looking after holiday property owned by UK residents. We have a head office in the UK giving our clients easy access to information about their property. All contact for our clients can be through our UK operation including invoicing which saves transferring funds overseas. Our operators are based around the Bodrum peninsula and carry out work “on the ground” and manage larger jobs.

On your approval we will carry out the work or arrange it with approved contractors and will oversee these on your behalf making regular updates via email. We will sign off the work, pay any contractors and forward invoices to you for reimbursement.
